1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services (in-store or remotely), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the service.
2. Services Offered
Aliyan Mobile Company provides mobile software services, including but not limited to:
- Flashing and firmware updates
- IMEI repair (legal and approved models only)
- FRP and account bypass
- Unlocking services
- Data recovery and backups
- Mobile diagnostics
We do not offer hardware repairs unless specifically agreed upon.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You confirm that the device you submit for service is your own or that you have legal authority to authorize service.
- You agree to provide accurate device information (brand, model, IMEI, password if required).
- You are responsible for backing up personal data before submitting your device. We are not liable for data loss during service.
4. Service Timeframes
- Most services are completed within 1 to 2 hours, but this may vary depending on the issue.
- Remote and courier-based services may take 1–3 working days.
- We will inform you if extra time is needed.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service.
- For courier services, full or partial payment may be required in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for successful services (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
6. Warranty Policy
- We offer a 7-day limited warranty on most software services.
- The warranty covers re-occurrence of the same issue, not different problems or hardware faults.
- Devices found tampered with after service (e.g., reset, rooted, flashed) void the warranty.
7. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by prior faulty repairs or third-party attempts
- Issues caused by hardware failures or factory defects
- Any loss of personal data
- Damage during courier shipping (inbound or outbound)
8. Illegal Activities
We do not support or participate in illegal services, including:
- Bypassing stolen phone security without proof of ownership
- Altering IMEI numbers for stolen or blacklisted devices
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
9. Communication
By contacting us, you consent to receive updates related to your service via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
10. Changes to Terms
Aliyan Mobile Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available in-store or upon request.
