1. General Policy

At Aliyan Mobile Company, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality mobile software services. However, due to the nature of digital and technical services, refunds are limited and issued under specific conditions.

2. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been successfully completed (e.g., unlocking, flashing, software repair), no refunds will be issued. We provide a 7-day service warranty instead—if the same issue returns within 7 days, we will recheck or fix it at no extra cost.

3. Refunds May Be Considered If:

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
     
  • The requested software solution cannot be completed due to incompatibility or limitations beyond our control.
     
  • You cancel the service before any work has started.
     

All refund decisions are subject to verification and management approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be given in these cases:

  • Customer provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong model or IMEI).
     
  • The device has hardware issues that prevent the software fix.
     
  • You change your mind after the service has started or is completed.
     
  • Services involving third-party unlock codes or tools where we are charged up-front.
     

5. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as store credit (based on customer preference).
